George Batiste nació en el estudio de grabación y ha ido evolucionando por diferentes caminos. El primer proyecto fue la grabación de la banda sonora del cortometraje "You Are My Hero." La banda se inspiro en diferentes formas de la música folk americana como el rock, bluegrass, blues y gospel. Estas mismas influencias se encuentran en su segundo álbum "George Batiste" donde se mezclan con formas y un sonido mas Pop como en letras en castellano, lengua materna de la banda. Este álbum esta producido por Delia Records, quienes aportan una mayor dureza y un sonido mas consolidado.
